Direct Support Professional

We are always accepting resumes for Direct Support Professionals.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work one-on-one with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. DSPs support the implementation and teaching of skills, as identified by the client and their team. Each client is unique, but a typical day might include activities such as working with the client on their budgeting skills, assisting the client in leading an art activity, attending an activity hosted by another client, or supporting the client with their job or classes. Each day can be different and fun!

Coordinator

Our coordinator position involves a combination of case management and direct time with clients, supporting them in their homes, at school or work, in one of our classrooms, or out in the community.  Our coordinators support the individuals we serve to identify their goals for growth, then help them to pursue and achieve those goals.  

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required, and case-management or supervisory experience is preferred.  Applicants should also possess: organizational and time management skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to navigate Google Drive, a valid California driver’s license, and a registered and insured vehicle.
