Tablets to assist with remote shifts were purchased and distributed to clients using donations from the Human Race fundraising efforts. 
During the CZU August Lightning Complex Fires, Wings of Success provided financial assistance for clients and their families who had been impacted by the fire, helping them with hotel costs, supplies, and other expenses. 
Wings of Success distributed over 50 emergency preparedness backpacks in the summer of 2019 using donations from the Human Race.

Wings of Success raised $3,642 at the 2020 Human Race!!! Our 2020 fundraising efforts were completely online due to the pandemic. A big thanks to all who fundraised and participated; these funds are going to make a big difference in the lives of our clients and other members of our community.
Wings of Success, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) a charitable corporation established in 2015 by the Directors of Monarch Independent Living Services. The purpose of Wings of Success is to assist low-income people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. One hundred percent of donations made to Wings of Success go directly towards assisting community members in need. All donations are tax deductible.

Funds and goods that Monarch ILS receives from Wings of Success will be used to strengthen our community through:
- Providing free access to enriching classes and activities
- Adaptive technology and equipment
- Scholarships for low-income individuals with developmental disabilities who need help paying for food, clothing, bus passes, and other necessities
- Food, clothing, and other services or products eligible individuals need and cannot afford.
